Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, which is why we offer a 15-calendar-day return window starting from the day you receive your device. All items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Sign in to your Google Store account, navigate to your Order History, and select the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely place your device and all original accessories into the original box or a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location specified on your shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
