Below the paradise island

I received this dream several weeks ago and it was very "strong" for me in terms of feeling, so I thought it was important to analyze it more in depth:

Dream:

I am given a kind of VIP access to a privileged place. They let me pass because I am someone important, and I arrive in a magnificent place, green, very bright.

It's a hill at the foot of a tree, the people are happy and the atmosphere is very calm, benevolent. It is a kind of paradise island.
I take a hiking trail to the top of the tree, and at the top I think this would be a beautiful place to raise our family and our children.

I step into the foliage of the tree and there is water running down its branches. I am then carried away by the water and I fall of several hundred meters, in a crevasse.

At the bottom, I land in the water and there is a cave that seems hidden, secret. I enter it and I'm transformed into an African child.

I see a gentleman I know (who now works in violent or similar video games, and who used to have a job in a top quality organic company) who asks me what I am doing there. I then understand that he works there, and that there are slaves working underground and children being exploited there, as if to maintain the society that is up near the tree...
